STEVE BISHOP, 1907 - 1966
The late Steve Bishop, nationally known Sports Illustrator, also illustrated sports cartoons for McNitts Professional Books of Junior College, College and Pro Sports of all kinds.
These works were completed from the late 1930’s to the late 1960’s when he passed away in 1967. During that period, most magazines’ and newspapers’ illustrations were done in pen and ink and pencil on what is known as Ross Board. These prints are a collector’s dream!
